Set in Virajpet, the quiet heart of southern Kodagu, this 12-room estate sits at the edge of open paddy fields with a single hill ridge on the horizon. The architecture is entirely local – laterite stone, dark Mangalore tiles, timber balconies – built from the ground up to belong here.
The main building’s covered corridor faces the fields. The standalone villa sleeps families and groups in self-contained comfort. Every room opens to the same uninterrupted view: paddy green, forest hills, open sky.
This is southern Coorg before it was packaged. A real landscape, and enough quiet to actually hear it.
